Q1 open Partner availability

FinalSpark sells remote access slots and Cortical Labs sells units. By default we go to FinalSpark first because it costs less, and to Cortical Labs if we can agree a shared protocol with them.

Q2 open Ethics review

We have no institutional review board. By default, before any wet run, we adopt a published framework (Birch's precautionary tiers) in writing and have an external reviewer sign it.

The tree is parked, so nothing is active and nothing is blocking.
