Q2 settled Constructor theory may be a detour

Marletto's formalism is clean on paper and has produced few computations. If two weeks of reading turn up no cleaner effort measure than description length, section 3 shrinks to a paragraph. Settled 2026-10-30: it gives no effort measure at all, since a task counts as possible at any accuracy short of perfection (reading.md). Section 3 is a paragraph.
